Designed for mature women navigating midlife changes, our programs focus on functional fitness, mobility, and resilience—without pain or intimidation. Founded by ATG-certified coach Charlotte Zang, Zang Fitness serves women across Cecil County (Chesapeake City, Elkton, Cecilton, Warwick, Earleville), Middletown, DE., and surrounding areas. Whether you’re returning to exercise or starting fresh, our safe, encouraging studio is where older women build strength and confidence for life’s next chapter.
