Frequently Asked Questions

I’m 60 years old and a beginner. Is this program for me?
Absolutely! Every exercise in our program is fully scalable, so it’s tailored to your ability and fitness level. One person might do a movement with no weight, another with 2 pounds, and someone else with 10 pounds or more. Reps are flexible too — you might do 5, another person 15 — whatever feels right for you. Most importantly, we never work through pain, so you can build strength at your own pace.

What are the exercises like?
We start with reverse walking, either on a deadmill (a treadmill powered by your own movement) or by pulling a sled. Then we move into exercises designed to strengthen your structural foundation — your feet, legs, and knees — while improving mobility, balance, and overall function. Upper body exercises are included too, making it a full-body workout that’s effective and enjoyable.

Where is the gym?
The gym is located in South Village Plaza, 2525 August Herman Highway, Chesapeake City, MD, right next to Serenity Hair Spa.

How much does it cost?
