Your own pace of progress

A gentler entry point into strength and mobility training — designed to help you move better, feel steadier on your feet, and stay independent, at a pace that isn't intense.

This six-session clinic uses simplified, lower-intensity exercises adapted from our core ATG-informed programming, led personally by Charlotte Zang in a small, supportive group setting. Ideal if you're just getting started, want a gentler pace, or are returning to movement after time away.

How billing works: $200 covers all six sessions, paid in advance. No refunds for missed classes. All sales are final.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. You do not need to arrive fit or experienced. Exercises can be adjusted through resistance, repetitions, range of motion and movement variation so you can begin at an appropriate level and progress from there.

No. Age alone does not determine whether a program is appropriate. Charlotte considers your current capabilities, health history and goals. The Better Balance & Mobility clinic may be an especially good starting point for older adults or anyone seeking a lower-intensity introduction.

Sessions combine full-body strength and mobility work. Training may include backward walking or sled work, foundational exercises for the feet, legs and knees, balance work, and upper-body movements. The exact exercises and level of challenge depend on the program and the individual.

Charlotte is certified by Ben Patrick’s Athletic Truth Group as an ATG coach. She is trained in the ATG approach to progressive strength and mobility. She uses ATG principles within a complete, individually scaled program. Clients do not need to know ATG terminology or follow a rigid system to benefit from the approach.

Charlotte can adapt fitness training around individual capabilities and may work with clients who have completed or are participating in care from a qualified professional. Zang Fitness does not diagnose injuries or provide medical treatment or physical therapy. Depending on your circumstances, we may recommend medical clearance before you begin.

Groups are intentionally small, with a maximum capacity of six participants. This allows Charlotte to provide personal coaching while preserving the energy and camaraderie of training together.

Small-group sessions are $25 each and are purchased for the full month in advance. The six-week group challenge is $300 for 12 sessions. Better Balance & Mobility is $200 for six sessions. Personal training is $60 per hour in the studio or $75 per hour for an in-home visit.

Programs and sessions are paid in advance. Monthly training is purchased for the full month, and payments are nonrefundable, including missed or canceled sessions. Your payment reserves your place and supports consistent attendance.

Online classes and digital programs are planned but are not yet available. Join the Zang Fitness update list to hear when new options are released.

Charlotte maintains a client profile and session notes to track starting points, preferences, and performance. Programs are adjusted as you progress. More formal progress reviews may be incorporated as Zang Fitness expands its client-management system.
